It's just hormones that cause it, it's normal in every woman, pregnant or not! :)

It doesn't necessarily mean anything, many women have creamy white discharge at every stage of their cycle, I always have a lot of creamy white discharge, even not pregnant! Unless it's got an odor or itches/burns while you pee, don't stress!
