Missed my period.

Okay I had my last period June 28th and my cycle is every 20 days and it's NEVER late or a day off or ANYTHING! So my period should of came the 17th or 18th of July. But it was two days late. But on the third day July 19th I went to the bathroom and noticed there was a lot of brown and pinkish/red in my underwear. It was like a lite brown and and dark and there was like a pinkish and red color there. I have my moments when my head is killing me and when I feel sick and then I get tired a lot. I do pee more through out the day more than I usually do. It's like a real dark yellow. I went to the doctor and told them and she said it could be to early to tell. I have had sex without a condom. I don't know if I am pregnant or not.  I am confused at the moment. I wan to be pregnant and been trying since march. But i don't know what's going on. Please someone explain to me what's going on?

Thank you mommyofaria! =D I went to the doctor and took a pee test but she said it won't show up for a week or two weeks. When I took it at the doctor the test came back negative. It's just odd I am never late.
