no AF with negative hpt

We are trying for a baby. This will be our first baby. My AF was expected on 24 april to 26 april. But it did not come. But I am facing some spotting from last two days.. And this spotting is very light. sometimes I feel tht AF is on the way.. But it does not come. So I took an HPT today and it came back negative and it makes more confusion to me.

Now I am very confuse about my next step.. Plz suggest what should I do.. Am I pregnant?

It is so sad and bad feeling to wait for 1 mnth and result negative..

Please advise the tablets "Siphene"; these are the tablets that gynae prescribed me..

yeah I would take a pregnancy test in another week. the spotting could be implantation bleeding. if you don't have your normal cycle take a pregnancy test

Thanks for ur quick reply.. But I am worried because it happens(spotting) to me very first time in my life.

And I have tender breast(in touch) and sore nipples.. And lots of acidity from last few days.

wait for a week to see if your cycle comes. if it does not, take another pregnancy test
