A period can be heavy and it's possible to still bleed through a pad, but this is usually only done when it's not changed in the proper amount of time. To have to change every hour or less is something she needs to see a doctor for. High blood loss can cause anemia among other problems. Based on what you've said, no she is not pregnant. Take this as a learning lesson though - unless you both want to become parents in the near future, use condoms from before penetration occurs until after you're done. If you decide for sex again after, use another condom. If you do not have any or do not have the money, don't have sex. Otherwise, don't be concerned about pregnancy as it WILL happen at some point.

I'm not sure what you mean in your last sentence, but I think you're asking if her urinating did anything to the pre-ejaculation. In short, no. The urethra in women is not located in the same place as the vaginal opening, and urination after sex does nothing but help prevent the female from developing an infection. Nothing but proper protection protects against pregnancy and disease.

The amount of bleeding a female can have varies from cycle to cycle. Unless she was bleeding through a pad every hour or less, it's perfectly fine.

If it were a true period, then no. The two physically can not occur at the same time. However, it's possible to have period like bleeding while pregnant. Either way, a pregnancy test and/or a doctors visit are in order.

Anytime you have sex you risk pregnancy, especially when you engage in unprotected sex. 1 second or 1 hour, it doesn't matter how long it is. 2 minutes is more than enough time for pre-ejaculation to get inside of her.

In regards to her symptoms, it's impossible to say one way for another. Depending on when you had sex also influences things, as pregnancy symptoms do not occur overnight. Frequent urination can be caused from pregnancy, increased fluid intake, UTI, etc etc. Car sickness (motion sickness) is by no means limited to pregnancy alone. It's extremely common, affecting millions around the world. It's also very possible she just has a virus as well. She needs to see a doctor and be looked at. You both also need to be using condoms for the first month she takes her birth control, as well as an additional 48 hours everytime she misses a pill or takes it at different times.
