I have been experiencing cramps in the middle lower pelvic region for about 2 weeks. They feel similiar to period cramps but their in the middle when i get menstual cramps there usually on my right side. Also i havent gotten my period this month. My breast are also feeling tender. And last night i got a sharp pain in my right breast. Last month my period came a week late and this month not at all. Me and my bf have been having crazy amounts of unprotected sex for the past 4 months. Could i be pregnant?

Also, if you've been having unprotected sex, of course you can be pregnant..
If you don't want to be/get pregnant, use protection and get on birth control.
Take a test... guessing doesn't do anything..

There are so many different things that can cause symptoms. If you think you are pregnant you need to take a test guessing doesn't do anything.
