tubes tied but test coming back positive

I am been having alot of pregnant symptoms not thinking I could be pregnant since I had my tubes tied 11 yrs ago . So a friend of mine told me to take a test to be sure and the test came back positive. I thought it must be wrong so I wait another day and take another one that came back positive.  So I went to the hospital they told me that I wasn't pregnant . So when I go home I take another test cause I was confused and it came back positive again so in all I have taken 5 test all coming back positive.  Feel pregnant has anyone been through this or what should I do help me please

Im going back to a different hospital I feel pregnant and look it hopefully I get a answer cause something going on

oh wow!!! ive never been through this its kinda wierd to get  that many positives and it be negitive at the hospital. id go and get blood work....
