I feel prego

March 4 was my last period, always on time! March 26 I was diagnosed with Pityriasis rosea took steroids for 2 weeks had it for at least a week before diagnosed. Mild cramping spot of blood on April 24th. April 26 cooking dinner an got ill from smell I threw up I never throw up, I shrugged my headache an dizziness off due to being sick/ getting over virus but now since I threw up I looked at calendar. No period, took a test neg. still feel nausea barley can eat. Another test still neg today but now noticed one nipple has clear fluid. I have all symptoms of pregnacy got 2 kids I know but neg test. Should I get a blood test now it's been 10 weeks or is it from virus an will pass?
