When do you find out gender?

At what week is your doctor or midwife going to do an ultrasound for determination of gender?  I go on the 28th I'll be almost 17wks, but I'm not going to find out until next months appointment.  Is this about the same for you guys?

I turned 14 weeks today, so I'm going to do a 3d ultrasound gender determination by my house, if they cant see for sure you get to go back when you want for free :) its worth a try! Hopefully the baby will let us see :D

My Dr has me doing mine at 19 weeks 5 days. On November 22. I can't wait :)

I can't wait that long I'm also only 13 weeks so I'm doing a 3d ultrasound.

Same for me, except if I paid the full amount on the 29th then I would be able to find out this month
