I need advice...

I've been having period like cramps off and on since late/ early this morning about 1am, I took a bath and went to bed then around 5am I woke up in a lot a lot a lot of pain. The period like cramps are back and more intense. I've tried drinking water, walking, moving position.. Nothing is helping, took Tylenol. My back is hurting too.. Should I be concerned?? Or is it BH? I've already lost mucus plug last week.. And I'm 36 weeks today.. HELP!!! Also been having cervix stabbing pains :( I just hope my little girls OK

Yep your water breaking doesn't mean your not in labor. My water never broke with both my kids. Like the above post suggested call your Healthcare provider. Usually regular contractions that become stronger as time progresses and in shorter intervals are labor contractions and if you already lost your mucus plug that would be the next step to dday.

Call the dr. That's how I felt during labor with my daughter. Not saying you definitely are but I would call for sure just in case.
