Quad going numb

Every once in a while my right quad muscle will go numb.  Everytime I've been walking.  Is this the babies position or something I should be concerned about?  I don't remember this happening with my other pregnancies?

Thanks it just started for me in the past few days or so... I have an appointment Friday and plan to ask my doctor then..  I was just curious if anyone else was experiencing it and if it was normal.

I don't get numbness, but my right quad gets very painful when I get up and start walking and I have to stand there and wait a few minutes before I can walk again. Also my entire right arm from shoulder to hand goes numb and painful if I lay on that side more than ten minutes. Dr seems to think it's swelling and baby putting pressure on nerves (leg).
