Sofia Alejandra Rodriguez <3

Sorry it took a while! Been busy with my new bundle of joy!
Sofia Alejandra Rodriguez was born 4-21-15 after 22 hrs in labor due to an induction! She weighed in at 7 lbs 6 oz And she was 21 inches long =) I was 39 weeks. My induction was not so smooth since my contractions were back to back to back with no resting period. After a couple of hours I got the epidural to help me relax since baby was so high up! The epidural was great because I was able to relax and not feel pain, UNTIL the nurse turned me on my side and left me there for a couple of hrs to which my right leg got all the effects of the epidural meanwhile my left leg was left with full feeling! The pain of the contractions on only one side was excruciating and I vomited at least 8 times! I was given pain meds which didn't really help and after a couple of hours I was ready to push. Not too long into it my baby girl came out, no tearing and no complications!
So far it's been a bit tough because of the lack of sleep, but it is so worth it! Daddy has been an angel! So helpful!
I wish the rest of you good luck and may the Lord bless you greatly!
