I took it I was 40+1 and was having contractions I took it at 2pm and started having diarrhea at 6pm contractions got worst lost my mucus plug and went to the hospital at 9pm had a very healthy baby girl at 6:50 am the next morning oh and only pushed 5 mins and she was out. So the diarrhea wasn't so bad at all and I feel like it did its thing but I really believe you need to be in the process of labor for it to work. Only God knows when is the right time for your baby to be here.

I was just recently told that castor oil can cause your baby to poop in utero, which can cause them to get sick when outside the womb. Most common sickness is pneumonia. Just be careful. I was going to take castor oil but that was enough for me.

I'm gonna start cinnamon tea today as well. My mama wanted me to try castor oil (she swears it brought me into the world lol) but I keep hearing bad things about it. First off, its a laxative so accept your gonna be pooping like crazy! Lol it'll be miserable and make you crampy (hence bringing on contractions possibly). But I also hear there's a chance it could make the baby poop early and swallow its meconium. That part scared me...

Well having read it's a laxative so it can jump start  contractions but it's also got some cons to it that it's gross and can make you feel tummy sick. Maybe the raspberry tea  or cinnamon tea is a bit better choices. I'm gonna do cinnamon tea tomorrow.
