Winded

I am constantly feeling extremely winded throuout the day. I don't have asthma but at random times or even after walking somewhere I feel defeated, exhausted, and sometimes light headed

Is this a normal symptom or should I bring it up to my doctor Thursday

I thought the same thing, I can be sat havin a cup of tea readin a book and all of a sudden feel like Ive just run up the stairs! It worried me at first, I thought there was something seriously wrong because it would make me panic and so my heart would race - I went for an ECG n everything! Apparently its just what the other ladies said, baby pushing on your diaphragm so you dont have as big a lung capacity.
Ill be happy once this little man is out so I can breathe again! :p

Same here its part of the late pregnancy. Just take it easy and don't try to be super mom just yet.

I'm pretty much out of breath just sitting here! It's just part of the third trimester.

My doctor said it's the baby pushing  on the diaphragm. Tell you Dr and see what they say.
