dry cough?

I'm 26wks pregnant with my first baby boy.
Anyone experiencing random dry cough? I've had it for a while now...I never mentioned it to the doctor cause I didn't think it was anything but now I'm wondering if I should have. Maybe it's related to our dry weather in Az or allergies?? Or it is related to being pregnant?

I have dry cough and nasal ccongestion.  I think it has to do with AZ weather.

I get the same thing but a little worse, pregnancy rhinitis. It also causes my cough and the dry winter air doesn't help
