The whitish discharge is common in pregnancy and called leukorrhea. It can appear milky and is related to the increase in blood flow to the vaginal area and increase in estrogen. As long as there is no odor, painful urination or any signs of irritation, there shouldn't be a problem. If you have pain, odor, or any other symptoms, see you doctor to rule out a possible infection. You can also talk to your doctor further on it at your next appointment, or call the office if you are unsure.
