everything is going great ladies are bodies are meant for birth some tips push lil by lil every contractions to open up faster. im almost ready to give birth i was at 8 cm at 5:30 baby will be here soon still no pitocin and i caved and got an epidural at 6 pm it hurt so much i was doing great with the contractions because i was moving ands squatting but when they confined me to my bed i lasted three hours and i finally caved worse pain ever babys great and the epidural isn't that bad and contractions are regular were just waiting for baby to drop more. Honestly if u can wait at home for as long as u can do so i wish i could go back and have waited to come to the hospital i had to fight them to let me move around squatting and bouncing helps also put a heat pack on ur back for contractions if u stuck on a bed and move side ways. and push lil by lil during contractions once u hit an 8 it will get harder but if ur standing or squatting its manageable I'll tell u guys how pushing went

Good for you sticking up for yourself! I have a feeling I'll have to do the same but we have the right to say no. Hope all goes well for you and baby! Congratulations
