Hot bath at night, heating pad and massage from my husband. I also have him rub some pain rub into my hips and back (made by a friend using essential oils). Also yoga poses and rolling against a wall with a lacrosse ball (tennis ball would work too, it's just not as hard).
I do yoga and walking to help with my sore hips; once I get them stretched out I'm fine (until the next morning lol) . Mine is worst in the morning because I have been sleeping on them.
I have this same problem... Body is just getting ready for the baby.. I use a heating pad.. and a great massage from the hubby
