Exercise

Any office mama's doing any sort of exercises at their desk? I try to get up once an hour and go get some water and bathroom break, but I feel like I should be doing more.

Ya i should try to go for a little walk at lunch. I am also getting winded. I am use to running for at least an hour due to sports, but lately have been the same..getting winded going up the stairs lol

Yeah, I get winded going up a flight of stairs lol. Swimming is a few laps, floating for awhile, and more laps and floating just playing in the water, love being in water.

Hopefully we all get our energy back soon. Its too funny that I get winded so easily when I could run miles before and maybe run a block now and get super winded.

I would walk around the office complex during my break but it's been too hot lately. That would be good for anyone. My mom does that at her work and lots of older ladies at our complex do that.

I am slowly getting back into being more active. I have wanted to, but have felt very tired and no energy.

I would usually do leg lifts in my chair or even dips. I find myself doing more pregnancy research in my spare time at work now though. I come home, weight train or swim.

That and I get up to pee at work every 10-20 mins anyway. I get lots of walking in lol. I drink tons of water at work... So I hit a gallon or more by nighttime.
