ultrasound picture

When I went to my first appointment my OB measured me at exactly 10weeks1day a which was right on target cause that was my when my LMP was exactly 10weeks1day from that day so my OB said everything  looked great and measured good and it says at the bottom of my ultrasound  pictures that I measured at 3.18cm 10weeks1day  but also at the top right hand  corner it says 8w4d:LMP...??where did that come from?I just notice this

Thank youu. ..i just got off the phone with my doctor and I told her I was freaking out lol and he laughed and said I had nothing to worry about and to not pay attention to that 8w4d at the top of the corner because  sometimes the computer doesn't reset but when she measured me ot matched up with the dates I gave her cause my Last menstrual  was July 21 and and I had my first appointment Sept 29 and that's when she measured  me at 10weeks1day..i was so relieve ..that lil mistake had me freaking out...

Nothing to worry about, it's because of the difference your between last menstruation and ovulation, usually between 10-14 days. So your baby should be arround 8w4d since conception and 10w1d according to the normal calendar.
