I have been feeling the same, I feel so bloated everything bothers my stomach and I have to leave my pants unbuttoned or else I feel I will explode. I am 5w6d.
No, my is natural, and I look like I am 5 monthes. But it feels good just to know the baby is still in there growing.
Did you have IVF? If you did that is a normal side effect. It is called OHSS. It gets worse when you get pregnant. I had it and I was miserable!! My RE said the swelling and bloating should go down by 9 or 10 weeks pregnant. I am 8 weeks and I am still slightly bloated. So much for keeping it a secret people are constantly asking me if I am pregnant.
