Has anyone had brown discharge? HELP

I seem to come out with the really embarracing questions!! Since my first u/s yesterday, I'm getting brown discharge when normally it is clear, has anyone else had this, IS IT NORMAL?

I experienced brown discharge two days ago. It scared me because along with the brown color was slimy discharge. I called the advice nurse and because I was not bleeding bright red blood, an appointment was made for me for next day rather than going into ER. I went in with my husband today, however, I already knew I lost the baby because my breasts went back to normal size, felt no tenderness, nor any type of pregnancy symptoms. All I felt was lower back pain and cramps. The ultrasound indicated that my baby's heart stopped at about 7w4days. I am supposed to be 9wk4days today. I cried.  I was supposed to have another ultrasound in a few days but I was told my baby must have died soon after my last ultrasound where my baby still had a heartbeat at 130bpm.

So now in two days, I am scheduled for a D&C. My husband and I want to have the chromosomal tests done on the baby's remains. They also said they would be able to tell me the sex of my baby. I'm scared, sad, but still so hopeful to have a healthy baby one day soon. This is my 2nd miscarriage. The first one, I lost the baby and miscarried naturally.  It is so hard to know my baby died after being so hopeful that my baby was okay. I also have been tracking how my baby looks each week and so my baby at 7 weeks was already looking like a little infant.

Well I'm posting this because for several weeks I did so many searches online and forums like this one helped me understand what may have been going on and maybe my story will help someone understand what can go wrong. However, I am hopeful for all of you searching this that you will have a positive outcome.

I am now 9wks&3 days pregnant and about 2wks ago i feel something running like when my period about to start i went to the restroom and check it out it was blood i was so scared i though i was having a next miscarriage  i woke up the next morning it was gone then it was back to normal we had sex on the 16th of this month and sunday when i woke up i saw a little blood in my underwear i was  so nervous this morning when i woke up and went to the bathroom i saw a little brown discharge so i put on a panty liner it has no odor but am scared to death that am having a next miscarriage if anyone has any suggestion please help me.

the ultrasound could have irritated things a little- brown discharge is typically considered to be OK.

Yes, I had brown discharge for 4 days, followed by some blood, followed by brown again.  Than I was diagnosed with a m/c,and then they found a heartbeat...and that dr. said it is totally normal to have discharge.  OH!  and after the transvaginal u/s or sex it is SOOOO common that you will have some discharge!  Everything is very sensitive down there right now and of course putting something in you is going to upset things a little.  I really wouldn't worry at all :)

I have not personally had any color discharge besides creamy/clear but I have heard many times its normal to have some spotting of old blood.
