I have felt that pain before in my pregnancy. I spoke with my doctor about it and she said many women experience pain like that in their breasts. I would suggest you speak with your doc about it, too.

The other discomforts are common pregnancy symptoms, like Karen explained.

Hi! The indigestation / burning sensation is either heartburn or acid reflux. It is very common during pregnancy and you will most likely experience it until the baby is born. I don't know what the pain in your breast might be. You should call your Dr if you are worried. As for fetal movement, if this is your first baby, you might not be feeling the baby as strongly as women who have had children before. When it's been awhile between movements, I either eat something or lay down, very still and either of these things usually gets baby moving. Good Luck!
