Weird pain at 29 weeks-- help please?

29 weeks PG with Sharp Pain Radiating down right Side of Abdomen?
I had a sudden onset of pain . I first noticed it yesterday. I had spent a few hours lounging in a pool, and decided to get out when I felt a "cramping" sensation in the right side or my abdomen. It was intense, and lasted for a good hour or so. Nothing really helped. Well today at work, I was sitting at my desk, when I felt my back get a little tense and achy( on the right side). i got up to stretch a bit. Well then the pain shot up my side right under my rib cage and all up and down my right side. It was extremely painful. I could barely move. It lasted for a good hour and a half, the bam, it was gone. Now about 3 hours later, i can feel my back ( about 3 inches below my right shoulder blade beginning) to tense up again and it is slowly hurting more and radiating down and to the side. Any similar experiences or idease as to what I am experiencing? I see my o/B tomorrow, and called after the first pain and was told to "wait and see if it worsens".any one know what could be goin on?

I have been having the same trouble I think it's normal and I'm not sure what causes it....but I would just relax when it happens and It could be a sign we are over doing it....

personally lately I've been having trouble with my stomach feeling really tight or bloated and feeling like someone beat me up with a base ball bat.....but with two that could be normal too

Someone just posted  a similar question on the prgnacy 21-34 forum and i think the verdict was either round ligament pain (completely normal stretching of the ligamamnets uterus ect) or a kidney infection. But she had just recently had a bladder infection so your best bet is probably round ligament.
