Im praying for a girl so that I can be done with it also! It was fine for the first, but I have to agree, children need their own idenity!!
Thanks, everyone, for all the good ideas!
Its funny how everyone has different opinions on using family names. Personally, I prefer NOT to use family names; i just want each child to have his/her own, unique name. I did make an exception for my oldest son's middle name-- it was my DH's older brother's name, he practically raised him, and he died before our son was born. How could I say no? But seriously, that's *it* for me- no more family names! = )
Walker Levi Walker Adrian Walker Alexander.....Walker Harley...........I really like Walker Adrian has a nice ring to it
I like blueeyedtabbycat's idea of incorporating family names in there. I've tried to do the same with my kids as well.
My son has my grandfather's name for a middle name, and my daughter has my husband's late sister's name as her first name. This new baby will have MY maiden name as a middle name, mostly because my dad had two girls and no boys to carry on his name, so this is the last chance to incorporate his last name somewhere.
Anyhoo, naming kids has always been one of my favorite things to do. I'd have 6 more if I could, just to get all my fave names in! lol
At any rate I still like Walker Ethan - it has a nice masculine ring to it. good luck and most importantly - have fun!
Thats funny!! My hubbys name is Jamison and all my boys have Jamison as their middle name:) I do like the name, lol
I like Jamison a lot, too, but I've always loved Mason or Miles! All of them go well with Clark.
oh i like walker james a lot!
my hubby & i can't agree on any girls names...we've got the boys names narrowed down to Mason Clark (my dh's middle name & my fil's name - yuck), Griffin Clark, or Jamison Clark --> obviously the mn is non-negotiable in my dh's eyes. My grandpa died recently and his name was jesse - so i would like to use jamison (J after him). What do you think?
What about Walker Jack or Walker James, Walker Isaac
But i do like the name Walker it sounds nice with your other kids names. I haven't even thought that far yet, i told myself i'm not even going to think of names or buy any little clothes until atleast 12 wks (so til the end of this week) incase i miscarry like a few months ago.
Sorry you have to worry about this:( As much as I hate the fact that all my boys have the fathers first name for their middle name, It has made naming them so much easier. Like ytou we cant agree on names. Our first born Tristan we agreed 100%, I loved the name. Then with our 2nd, I really didnt fall in love with any of the names he like. We ened up compermising, so it was either Hunter or Carson. Seriously I didnt like either, but when our son was born and we still coulnt deside, we asked our oldest what name he thoought his brother should have and he said Dunter!! It was so cute, he couldnt prononce it right, So we named him Hunter, It has grown on me! Our 3rd son we both agreed on Dalton, but a month before he was born I changed my mind and wanted to call him Dawson, well his name is Dalton:( Sorry you didnt ask for all this, lol!! The point I was trying to make was I never really got a choice!! And the baby came from my body!! Anyways if we have a girl he only gets a little say, lol.
Back to the subject at hand,(sorry) I lLOVE the name Walker!! I think it flows well with your other boys names:) For middle names I guess I like Anthony or Ethan is cute. Or what about any of the other names that you like for the first and putting them in the middle? Sorry I couldnt be of more help:(
Thanks! I like vowels for middle names, too. I also have this weird thing about the middle name has to have some letters in common with the first name (Reygan Delaney, Eli Cole...) = )
So any of those suggestions would work! I like Walker Ethan.
How about Walker Ewan, Walker Evan, or Walker Ethan... As you can see I like the middle name to begin with a vowel (in this case it happens to be an E, but an A is good too). Anyway, I like your choice of Walker - its cute!
