I have been lucky to not have any sickness, but all I eat is junk food everyday. I know its not good but healthy food makes me feel nauses and I want nothing to do with it. I will try to do better in the second trimester but I have heard thats when your cravings at at its worst.

I am 9 weeks pregnant and have been suffering sickness since week 6. I feel nauseas all day and am usually violently sick every other day when I get out of bed. As the doctor said it should only last until week 12, I am bearing it. I usually eat a couple of ginger biscuits or crackers when I start feeling nauseated - sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't! Most food smells trigger me off...

6 weeks now... it started about a week ago. I had it last time. It's usually worse later in the day, but is starting earlier and earlier everyday.
i also had zofran last time, but it didn't help me as much. it kept me from puking, but didn't actually help the nausea too much.

last time i was sick til 15 weeks... only 9 more to go :(

I'm 8 weeks, 3 days pregnant with twins and suffer from sickness on and off, for a while it was constant and then I'd feel ok for a few days then it starts again. My sense of smell is really strong at the moment so I can't stand to go near kitchens and bathrooms and the smell of vegetables has got to be one of the worst, YUK!!

The sickness is at it's worst when I'm tired and hungry.

I've been told that if it gets any worse then I can go for acupunture.

same boat as you! 1st baby i was only sick afternoons - this one it's ALL day...

my doctor has me on a variety of mes to combat the sickness:
ginger pills (1pill in the morning)
25mg B6 3x a day
unisom - at night before bed (you probably won't be able to take it either cause it knocks you out pretty good & you won't be able to get up in the morning with your daughter - at least that's my experience)

my doctor also prescribed zofran for when the other stuff isn't working & that is a MIRACLE drug.  I'd say 30 minutes after taking it I am like 90% better! it last for a good 5 hours...so that is how i plan on getting through the work day!

i've already lost 7lbs since christmas.  my doctor told me to eat whatever i can keep down (with the exception to hot dogs, lunch meat, fatty food, greasy food, fast food) for me i pretty much eat waffles w/o syrup, bagels, bread, and instand potatoes. he said at 13w i should be feeling a lot better and that is when you really need to worry about your diet.  he also said to take my prenatals rIGHT before i go to sleep b/c they have a tendency to make you nauseous.

Good luck!

I am definitely in the same boat as you... I am 9w3d and my all day nausea is getting worse.  I am sure hoping that it starts to get better....  It's been like this since I was about 4 to 5 weeks pregnant.
