milestones...

my lil' girl Aubrey will be 4 months on Dec 28,09.
she is doing so much now it seems like.
here is a few...
grabbing her baba and tutee (binky)
with her tutee she can grab it out of her mouth and put it back in!
i now this is prolly just luck- but about a month ago she did roll 2 times
she can lift her head right up with out a problem
mimic mouth movements (a vague kissy lips, stick her tounge out, and even click her tongue)
and theres more!

but, anyways i wanted to know where all you babies are and if anyone has upgraded their food yet.

we tried spoon feeding aubrey with the one grain oatmeal stuff with formula but she didnt like it- im guessing its the spoon bc she will take the oatmeal and formula out of a baba.

Alex is 4 mos and has been rolling from his tummy to his back since around 3 mos...
he can also roll onto his side from his back
he grabs the bottle, and his toys... he won't take a pacifier so if he does grab it, that's as far as it goes... lol

he jumps around in the mega saucer and grabs the toys so hard they come out of their little holes... haha

yes- aubrey has the reflux issue also... poor babies- my husband has is it really bad to where he has to sleep propped way up so we and the doc is think it may be genetic ;(.
even though aubrey was not a premature and will be 4 months the 28th she is still to small for her exersacuer she just hangs in there lol.
aubrey cant quit sit unassisted yet even though just like yours shes hardly on her back.

it was great- one night when daddy went to work (3rd shift) aubrey and i laid down for the night a couple hours later she was crying so i went to her crib she was on her back! lil stinker rolled with me! lol when she noticed i was there she starting smiling and laughing like crazy like she knew what she did! lmao it was awesome.

***everyone thanks for letting me in***

Cruz turned four months today and these are all the cool things he can do:

*rolls from his belly to his back (I thought it was a fluke but now he does it everyday!)
*rolls from his back to his side....almost all the way to his belly
*grab at things and put them in his mouth if they are big enough
*holds his head up really well and really high when he is on his belly
*stands with support
*sits up really well with little support
*tries to pull himself up when sitting in his boppy (kind of like a crunch)
*he giggles all the time and is always smiling
*he babbles non stop
*he enjoys sticking out his tongue and playing with it
*he also pretends like he is going to help with holding his bottle
*he swats his bottle out of his mouth when he is full

He only takes a pacifier when he is ready to settle down for a nap, so he does not do any cool tricks with that!

I am not giving him solids foods yet, because I believe he is getting everything he needs in breastmilk.

I am so proud of the little man he is turning into and truly love watching him grow everyday!

dd will be 4 months on the 20th. She grabs toys and tries to put them in her mouth. no rolling because she's rarely on her back due to severe reflux. however, since she's been upright so much she can sit unassisted for 10 seconds or so!! i'm pretty sure she'll be sitting steady in a couple of weeks at this rate. She loves her exersaucer too

Joel is going to be 5 months on December 28th.

Here are some things he is doing:

He is grabbing at his toys.
He puts anything he can get his hands on (not always successful) into his mouth.
He can also pull out his pacifier but can't get it back in his mouth.
He has only rolled over once and I can't get him to do it again.
He also grabs his baba but can't hold it yet.
He is laughing all the time.  He also plays with his toys.
He can also lift up his head.
He enjoys standing with support.

We have started rice cereal and he is also eating baby food.  He loves it.
