Hi
Any development on your situation yet? I do hope you are feeling better. Have you spoken to your MD again?
Hi there. I'm sorry you're having to go through this. ANY sight of blood is scary. I had what they call a "chemical pregnancy" back in April. The same thing happened to me that sounds like what might be happening to you. My tests were positive but when I went to the doc and he tried to do an u/s, there was nothing there. Sure enough, a few days later I began to cramp and bleed, and the little egg that never attached itsself(chem preg), eventually passed on through. I hope everything's ok, but this is what it truly sounds like is happening. Good Luck! God Bless...
But if it were a missed miscarriage then wouldn't I have had bleeding at that point? From what I hear the cramping from miscarriages is pretty intense and I'm not feeling it at all. But I am bleeding. I know I just have to wait and see. It's driving me crazy. Every time I look at my husband I just start crying. It's crazy -- it may be that this child never even existed and yet here I am mourning. To make matter even worse, my MD just told me that she's leaving the practice and moving to another state. NOW WHAT???!!! It's so hard to find a good OB fit and I owe her for the lives of my two perfect children.
Thank you for your kind and supportive words. It meant a lot to me. I'm just trying to keep perspective that people have troubles much worse than my own and i should be thankful for the loved ones that I have. Also, i know that it's not over until it's over and that miracles do happen. I'll keep you updated.
Anyone have experience with low progesterone?
I really don't have an educated answer to your qestion, but wanted to say that I hate what you are having to go through. I wish you the best of luck and will be thinking of you. Please let us know how everything goes :)
Hi there
Did you conceive naturally or did you have IVF? It could well be a missed miscarriage...sometimes they can happen so early in pregnancy that unless you test, you wouldn't even know you have had one, even though you may have pregnancy symptoms and have HCG levels in your blood. On the positive side, it may be worth doing another ultrasound after a week, because if you are too early into your pregnancy, depending on the development of the embryo, nothing may show up at this stage. It is best to wait and do another ultrasound and also some blood tests to see if hcg levels are increasing or dipping. Good luck!
