what is the latest an ectopic pregnancy can occur?

I am 9 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy and i am extremely worried about everything that can go wrong. i have slight cramps and pains in my abdomine. the majority of the time it feels like menstral cramping and it quickly passes. however, sometimes there is a slight stabbing pain. it is never anything unbareable or that hurts too bad. i am just nervous that something bad is going to happen. also most of my symptoms have started to dissappear. my breasts are not as sore as they were two weeks ago, and i have only had slight nausia. is there something wrong with my pregnancy? i am not due for my first doctors appointment until feb 6th.

I wouldn't worry, pregnancy symptoms can come and go and I think that the body is changing and stretching that much that cramping etc can be a good healthy sign. By all means, if you really are worrying then get it checked for peace of mind, arrange an u/s.

I have a few worries and have arranged an u/s for tomorrow morning.

I wish you well.

I'm sure everything is fine. I have heard with ectopic you have horroble pain in your side and will bleed. If you don't have any symptoms then your like me. I have felt great and I am 9wks as well. Just a little tired and could sleep most the day away if I tried.

go to the doctor!  you are 9 weeks, and can be seen--even have an ultrasound to verify that things are OK.  make sure you're taking prenatal vitamins as well.  best of luck to you...i hope that you and baby are OK!
