Has anyone feel small movements yet I can tell the diff from gas and hunger and it the baby!

I am 13 weeks and I swear from time to time I'm feeling flutters. Its the questionable flutters I had at like 18 weeks with my son

2nd pregnancy as well & I can make out the flutter sometimes too
