Yes it is. It could be caused by sex due to a sensitive cervix or even from a bowel movment. It could beven be due to exercise. Many women get spotting to a heavy flow while pregnant and doesnt nesseserly mean a miscarriage. as long as you dont have major cramps its quite normal. If you have concerns contact your ob or gp.
Is a small amount of light brown discharge normal when you wipe aftet a wee? Im nearly 7wks x
