Yes, go to your OB and request the anti nausea medication. This should help you get your bearings back but the one prescribed to me is to be taken on an empty stomach so not the answer for nutritional intake, but will help the nausea. Otherwise I agree that you should drink lots of water, soda water, toast, watermelon, crackers, almonds, try Cheerios, and broth base soups like chicken noodle!! It will get better, I was a lot more at first and now at almost 10 weeks there has been an improvement in the intensity of the nausea, but for me the answer is to eat every couple hours or I feel more sick of I don't. Good luck!

Stick to the brat diet. Bananas, rice, apples, and toast... No butter on it. This bland diet is saving me... Also kix cereal dry. Peanut butter sandwiches also save me. I eat very small meals every two hours or else I throw up violently... Happy this is easier than my last pregnancy.Desperately waiting for this trimester to end.

I'm 10 weeks too. I just got my appetite bank but I can only eat small small portions. But I will tear up some fruits and vegetables. Try fruit. Then work your way up to actual food. Or try soup

I am the same way still. I can only drink Water Sprite and Gatorade. Toast for breakfast peanut butter sandwich without jelly or chicken noodle soup. Dr said peanut butter is protien and a must for me since I cant keep anything down. For some reason the peanut butter never comes back up. Im guessing because of the texture.

I was they same way as  well. I'm surprised I didn't end up in the hospital. As much as I didn't feel like eating and felt sick I had to force myself to eat something. Bland food small meals.

I was the same way. Thank goodness for watermelon and apples because otherwise I would have starved. Gotta try to eat though, lovely. If you can't, make sure to tell your OB so they can help you
