39w3d and baby has finally dropped. No more heartburn ladies. Hopefully she's at least here by next week!
Try to lay propped up, it helps a little. Mine got so bad I literally started choking in my sleep !
I've had my belly drop for about 2 weeks... no baby yet at 39 weeks 2 days. And I still get heartburn especially at night
