Should I go to the hospital?
I've been having bad contractions all night. I went to sleep around 12 & I woke up at 1 with bad contractions & haven't been able to sleep since I'd move go to the restroom but nothing will stop them, I'll catch real bad pain in my lower back while having them to could this be the start of labor?

Sounds like they are contractions. Usually they start in the front like period cramps and move to the back or vice versa then they go away and comeback with a pattern-evrey so minutes.
Yes they come like every 6-10 minutes & they hurt so bad I can barely move nothing stops them.
