leaking milk already?!...

I'm 25 weeks today and I just started to leak milk. My boobs were hurting earlier and now they are leaking. I'm just wondering if any one else is going through the same thing and is it normal? I'm so nervous!

I meant to say a bit at night not now.

I've been leaking a bit at now since 18 weeks and I'm now 23 weeks. I think it's normal and I have just been using breast pads already but because it's not much they last a few days.
