tips for going into labor

At my 30 week check up my doctor told me he doesn't want me going past 39 weeks because of gestational diabetes, my last babies were pretty big and I was induced with them as well. I really want to go into labor naturally and no what it's like, without it being forced by medicine. Does anyone have any sure ways of starting labor couple says before 39 weeks?! I just want my last pregnancy to be natural.

Nipple stimulation. Seaman has worked for me with 3 of my labors... lots of sex right around due date!! Let him *** inside of you because seaman soften the cervix so it start to open... good luck... and enjoy

I bounced on a excerise ball all day and 2 am that morning I went into labor and 10 hours layer my boy arrived. But it doesn't always work. I tried it with my second and it didn't work.

You can ask your doctor about evening prim rose oil it's supposed to help soften your cervix but you should stay using it now. You can take on orally in the morning and insert one in the vagina at night.

I used my breast pump on the high setting for fifteen minutes for each boob on the night before my due date and my contractions started 4 hours later. Don't know how well it really worked since I went on to have 38 hours of labor but it was really the only thing I tried to do to start things rolling.
