weed

Has anyone used weed to help with morning sickness? What are people's takes on doing so? I've been so sick everyday and been told by multiple people to try it, but I'm scared it harms the baby.

Ok: this is a touchy subject. So people who are negative about this go **** off. My mother smoked, my sister smoked. Meds don't work for us! If it weren't for marijuana niether of them would have made through pregnancy. Me and my siblings are ALL in the medicall field and have researched this topic a lot. Also your childs brain development changes woth gentics. So if you study one baby whos mother didn't smoke weed but whos father is a doctor and another thats in prison and has no care in the world. You are going to get diffrent reaults. So no matter how many children you study they are All diffrent. If i had morning sickness and i felt like i needed to smoke to be able to eat.... you can bet your sweet *** i would!

Mimi, for REALLY bad morning sickness, doctors often recommend Unisom (a sleep aid) and a b6 vatimin combo.  Unisom at night with the b6, and then b6 2 additional times throughout the day.  I guess there's a combo pill that can be prescribed, but both are actually over the counter.  I forget the name of it, but there's actually a diagnosis for SEVERE morning sickness that tends to hospitalize those who have it.  Stay hydrated, take the b6 (and Unisom if you are so inclined, though I hate sleep aids).  Feel better!

There are a million studies about it. I was just trying to see other people's opinion. What should be banned is the negatibity some of you women have showed. Makes me want to delete the app. No One said I was smoking weed I Was just curious about what people have read or been told or experienced. And for the woman you said suck it up. I bet you do have morning sickness. I bet you aren't in and out of the hospital bc you are violently throwing up daily for hours on end.

Wow how could you even ask a stupid question like that?! Take Zofran, eat crackers and deal with it.

Dont do it hun. I too have morning sickness but rather put with the sickness than putting my bby at any risk. Each pregnancy is different and maybe they had luck with nothing happening to their baby but that might not be the same for u.. why risk it?

Questions like this should be banned. Creates nothing but drama. If you want to smoke it, then go ahead.

The National website says- If you are pregnant, cannabis may harm your unborn baby. Research suggests that using cannabis during pregnancy could affect your baby's brain development. Regularly smoking cannabis with tobacco is associated with an increased risk of your baby being born small or premature.

1. It doesn't harm your baby there are some drs that tell you you should.
2. I'd look into what drs say other than judgmental people.
But all honesty I stopped when I realized I was pregnant just because I'm a nervous wreak about things and if your worried you just shouldn't do it. I had to eat alot of toast and it sucked alot.

DO NOT DO IT!!! Whoever gave you this idea is an idiot. This is 9 months of your life to give up so that your precious baby has the best chances at their ENTIRE life. Not worth it. Try crackers and patience.
