I had an ultrasound Wednesday and now I'm worried

Hi ladies.
On Wednesday of this week my doctor called me and said my HCG was over 7000 which for 6 weeks 1 day is good so she sent me in for an ultrasound. They did both types. When she used the probe she saw the yolk sac and the gestational sac but no baby. She said everything looks normal and healthy and it just might be too early but I'm seeing other ladies who are the same time as me being able to see their little ones. Do you think it really is normal and everything is okay from your experiences?

Don't worry, every pregnancy is different. I didn't see my first until week eight.

With my first it was just like that. You may not be 6 weeks either, since it is calculated from your period that is why you say 6 weeks but could you could have conceived a little later. The baby is super small at this stage at to 8 to 9 weeks the doctor will see more on the ultrasound and then give you home many weeks your baby really is. As long as your HCG levels are good then you really are probably fine. Everything went good with my first and I seen what you did nothing. Congratulations though.
