If it's really bothersome, talk to your nurse/Dr
I found sucking on lemon candies or peppermint helps immensely, but yes, if it's truly bothersome, speak with your doctor as they can definitely help you out too.
I went to the doctor and they gave me some pill for the sickness but it seem like they didn't work
Getting more rest/sleep usually helps me. I have a lot of nausea this time around and eating frequently helps a bit but not completely. I've been craving lots of protein foods. I tried Gatorade as that helped in a previous pregnancy but made me feel worse this time. Ginger is suppose to help, but I'm not a fan or the taste. There is a soup I like with ginger in it, but even that didn't seem to help me. I'm trying to reassure myself that feeling sick is a good sign (previous miscarriage has me anxious this time) and counting down to the end of the first trimester.
With my first baby i was sick till month 5 preggy drops really helped and check your prenatal pills the first ones i was prescribed were too strong on my stomach but didn't have enough iron that my body needed and once I switched my prenatals the nausea decreased dramatically
