having no idea!

I have no idea how to write my birth plan or even where to begin! Can somebody please help i know im not breastfeeding or having a natural birth... but i still dont understand exactly what the pain reliefs are or what they do and the best ones.... thanks

you will still need to do some investigation of pain relief - try googling "pain management in labour" and I suggest you just google anything else that you come across in the birth plan creator that you do not understand. Stream some episodes of "One born every minute" either UK or US - this can be really informative.
