what method is better

I have heard a water birth is better when you give labor then traditional method. Is that true or is it prefrence?

I've had 10 babies , all natural, active and drug free and my last was a waterbirth and it blew me away, it was an amazing experience, really quite different, so if you have the oportunity to try to have one, I would highly reccomend you do :)
