Your doctor would not prescribe a medicine to you KNOWING that it would cause your baby to have birth defects or be still born. If they give you a medicine that even has the SLIGHTEST possibility they are really good at giving you all the facts.

If you do not trust your doctor for some reason, find another one!

If you are taking Lovenox, there is a LOT of information about lovenox during pregnancy online. You can ask your doctor, ask your pharmacist or other moms who've used it. I take it everyday for an immune disorder. My stomach is all bruised up as a result! However the medicine PREVENTS clots - no clots in the placenta, umbilical cord or in the baby!

Are you pregnant now? How did you figure out you had this blood clotting disorder?
