Heart Beat ?

Today I am 10 weeks 2 days. I had an appointment this morning and the doctor was not able to get a heartbeat.. should I be concerned? Has anyone else experienced this ?

Dr. Could hear the placenta blog flow... update :-) baby is healthy I had an ultrasound and found out baby was healthy with 144 beats/min. :-) so relieved after all my miscarriages:-)

itll be fine.   the baby is still fairly low so its hard to find it early in the pregnancy sometimes.   and then later if the placenta is in the way its hard to find too...

I am scheduled for an ultrasound next Friday but that week seems like forever :-(

They did an internal ultrasound on me when the couldn't find it externally.

Why didn't the doctor do an ultrasound? You should go back and ask for one, just to be sure the baby is okay.
