I'm 29 weeks, due Dec 24 and have been having hip pain as well. The last couple of nights, I've used three pillows - hugging one for my head/upper body, one in between my knees and another in between my ankles. Occasionally a fourth small one under my belly. It's helped quite a bit! I've also heard that stretching or doing pre-natal yoga before bed and when you wake up can help quite a bit too. Hang in there, not much longer Momma! :)

Im going through the same thing! Im 30 weeks and some nighta just cant get comfy. I also wake up with hip pain and shoulders hurting so I rotate. I try not to sleep to longnon the right side tho cause I'm worried about her not getting thw right oxygen too lol. I can be such a paranoid mommy! I would love to figure out a way to get more comfy on the lwft side to!

Hi there! Am due Dec. 17th, 30wks now. I also sleep on left side witb a body pillow wedge under belly and between legs which seems to help most of the night. But eventually am woken up with same pain left hip and shoulder hurting.  So I just flip over tibthe right side. I know it's best to sleep on left side, because of better blood flow to baby,  but left pain is unbearable sometimes. Wish I had a better advice :( Good luck momma♡ best wishes ♡
