I got induced on Friday and it was some of the worst pain I ever felt in my life and it took about 18 hours
I got induced Monday night and had my son Tuesday at 11:04 am I thought it went the same as my first child I had the epidural with my first too my induction went good and I was at 10 cm fast and I only pushed for five mins I guess it just depends on the person
Thank you all for your different forms of advice....
Thank you intheseweeds for those words of encouragement because im getting induced
Induction does not REQUIRE epidural, but it will make you more likely to want one. The pain does tend to be worse, but it's also (generally) a faster process, so a lot of women just power thru. I know plenty of Mommas who have been induced and go med-free. :)
Induction requires an epidural because the contractions will be much more powerful due to the induction medication
