I feel your pain. I'm having them almost daily now but I had a pretty strong one that lasted 4 days. I called my doctor and he called me in a prescription. I was really hesitant to take anything but they assured me it is perfectly safe for the baby and is something commonly prescribed. It worked wonders! It is Butal-Acet-Caff. Before that I had tried drinking tons of water, ice packs  and a Tylenol every 6 hours but nothing had helped .. Good luck!

Try pintrest. They have a lot of good home remedies where you don't have to take anything and if you do its like peppermint or tea. Some are soaking your feet in really warm water while having a bag of peas on your neck.

I swear I have a headache almost everyday especially when I wake up. I try not to take anything but if I do its just Tylenol and like you said it doesn't help. Sometimes I use a ice pack or just wait them out since I'm use to them. Hopefully you find something that works for you.

I have tons of headaches I do take Tylenol almost daily. My doctor told me to drink a lot of water use a cool cloth for my forhead and but my feet up. I was advise that it's due to my blood pressure dropping during pregnancy and it usually drops until week 20 and then it should level off. I'm 15/3. I told my sister I was pregnant this weekend & talked about my headaches she told me fish oil helps & she's been pregnant 3x so I might try that too

I agree with Jennifer.  There isn't a lot out there to take for pregnant women.
