Try eating sunflower seeds. Or suckers. Study showes that most of the addiction come from having to put you hand to your mouth every time for a hit so try suckers because you have to constantly pit your hand to mouth to remove the sucker. Sunflower seeds fall in the same way
I quit the day I found out. Drink lots of water when you crave and think about the benefits for your baby. I'm always nauseous so its a little easy for me not to smoke.
7 years ago, my doctor told me to gradually stop smoking. Not good for baby to just stop cold turkey. This time for me, prior to getting pregnant, I had switched to an ecig. That has helped a lot. Before I was pregnant, I took out the nicotine, so, I can still vape for the habit, but there's nothing in it. My husband makes the juice himself, so we know exactly what it is and where it comes from.
I found out last week and I had a hard time the first few days but I haven't had a smoke in almost one week now. Eliminate your trigger if you can and stay positive!
I'm having the same problem, i'm 5 1/2 weeks and it's so hard not to smoke, I've slipped up a bit since I found out last week but I'm trying my best to focus on baby and what's best for both of us (even though it's still super hard) good luck I know we can both do it
I found I was pregnant about a week ago and as soon ands I seen the test I put them down and haven't picked them back up just think about the baby's benefits to help motivate you
