I'm eating what I feel like... for instance when I'm nauscious and wanting savoury I'll have some sea salted crackers with some cheese n pickle... works a treat.. I'm not pigging out just a few and it calms the sickness and stops me feeling hungry. My main food a day is a bowl of cereal, yogurt, soup and chicken with veg... and I do my own home made quiche without pastry using eggs/cottage cheese and bacon spring onion mix it all up in the blender cook n chop the bacon put in the oven and it's chopped up to snack on when it's cool... everyone finds their own way to cope you just have to trial n error.

I feel your pain I have been having small snacks little and often instead of 3 meals a day. Stem ginger biscuits helped for a short while but not completely. Salted crackers or ready salted crisps. Oddly enough Apple juice helps me but its not the same for all. I'm 8wks 5days and it's not letting up but little things have helped. Xxx
