Whoo Hoo I passed

I had my Ob appt. yesterday and am pleased to announce that I passed my three hour glucose tolerance test. What a relief it is to know that I can skip that entire set of new doctor visits as I will be having a lot very soon as it is.  I am hoping to have my non-stress tests done at a hospital out here so that will cut out one drive into Buffalo a week. To date I have gained 20 pounds - pretty excited about that!!! My OB is so pessimistic at times, I don't know if anyone read my journal from the last u/s but the high risk doc said they should stay in no problem until after christmas and my OB yesterday was like I am praying she makes it until the first of the year. I guess his past experiences with twins have not been the greatest but hopefully we can change his mind!!!

Way to go. I was supposed to go this week for my glucose screening and didn't get the chance.I HAVE to go this week coming up. I am soglad you are doing good. Wow you have on;y gained 20 lbs??? That is awesome. I gained so much in the begining that I am already passed that mark. Thank God I will be delivering around 36-37 weeks. I feel like a house already... You should listen to your high risk over your regular OB... They deal with pts like us more often. I'm sure you'll be good through the first of the year like me. I have been having a ton of braxton hicks contractions so I hope on Tuesday my Dr appt goes well. We are doing another cervical length check like every two weeks, but i have been feeling so much pressure down there I am a little nervous. I'm sure everything will be okay though...

Wonderful!  Don't listen to doom and gloom, you are going just perfectly and no reason not to continue that way.

We are nearly 7 months!  Pretty exciting huh!  If our babies were born now chances are they'd be ok.  In another month that would be pretty certain.

Christmas they'll be 8 1/2 months new  year 9 months, then due early Feb!  Even if they were born at Christmas or New Year it wouldn't be a problem..... And by the time it's new year I reckon  you're going to be looking forward to getting the boys out into the world!
