Test not pos until later

Did anyones test take a few weeks or a month to show up pos.  I have three boys and they're tests were pos right away, but I just took a test at home and at the Doc's office, but neg and defintely feel preg... I should know by now right!  Thanks for answering.

Thanks for the info.  My gums are starting to flare up and bleed which you know I'm sure is also a sign of pregnancy.  I've also been crampy for five days and no period- I'm now 2 weeks late.  I'll test again on Monday am and if no pos result will go back and get a blood test.  I'm really hoping for a girl since we have three busy boys, but either way I would love another gift from God!  Good luck on your pregnancy.  It sounds llike you are having twins!

Its hard to tell, there are some women out there I have heard who claim that their bodies just don't like hpt's and they only got their positive's through blood tests. Also, each pregnancy is different with my first I had to be four days late for a faint positive to show and this time I took it a day early (before af) and the positive line showed before the control line. Give it another week and if no AF test again or request a blood test from you docotor! Good luck I hope it is what you are wishing for!!!
