Question about our cycles

For those of you who got your first period already.....did your second period come on time like you normally would get  it? I have 28 day cycles..never late.....and am awaiting my second period which was due yesterday. All HPT's come up with a negative...so I am just playing the waiting game...but wondering what everyone else's experiences are.

I know for those of you who are breastfeeding.....you probably havent even gotten your first one...but for those of you who have...what about the second???

Think I am ovulating now, though I haven't yet had an AF.

M's Dad and I did it unprotected...... maybe stupid of me (we do want another kid soon), but I am hoping not too soon.  He can't wait - and doesn't want to use protection any more until we have the number of kids he wants (he says 4. I reckon I may well be happy with two)....  So anyway, I am also going to hold my breath until AF arrives and if it doesn't come in about 3 weeks I'll be testing....

I'm not sure if I have my period or what, but after last Tuesday I got the Mirena IUD put in...I've been bleeding off and on since then.  Today is heavy and crampy like AF...

Just hoping this gets better......

i got my first real period last week.  i started my birth control this past sunday so i will have to see in a few weeks if i get my next one on time.  i was always right on track when i was on birth control before.

wow lance- let us know.  i dont think my body could handle being pregnant again right away.  my belly is still so flabby, i have lots of work to do.  i would just love to be back down to a size 11.  i used to be a 7 like 8 years ago but that is totally wishful thinking, just praying for an 11.

Thanks Girls...I am playing the waiting game right now......Today I feel like AF is going to come.....but I felt like that before I was pg with Sarah too.....pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar...so, we will see.

I am going to wait atleast another day before I test again. If I dont get AF tomorrow, Iwill be testing Thursday morning!

I got my first Period 5/6 weeks after I delivered. Than I went back on birth control the following week and the past few days I have started bleeding a bit. Just very little. But according to my pill pack I should be getting my period in a few days, so I think thats why...I'm just spotting a few days early cuz my system is prolly all out of whack! So my second one pretty much came 4-5 weeks after the first. Than again, I'm on the pill so I know my body is trying to regulate.

Ohhh I hope you're Pregnant!! Keep testing girl, good luck :)

I agree with jdamico. It takes a while after a baby for your period to regulate, and it may never go back to what it once was like (light, heavy, painful or not).

I am still waiting on my first one this time though. :)
Hopefully it isn't coming for a while yet!
